Our principal team members

Sara Stashick is an experienced process, policy and training consultant with over 15 years experience working in various communications and human performance disciplines, primarily in the nuclear and not-for-profit sectors.

Sara has strong interpersonal skills, a focus on clearly defined and achievable outcomes, excellent communications and information-development skills, and a commitment to delivering sustainable, high-quality solutions.

Her work includes policy and procedures development, communications strategy and support, business process documentation, and training development and delivery.

Dave Drinnan has over 30 years experience in the ICT, telecommunications, energy, nuclear, and security sectors, covering a range of disciplines including policy and management systems, IT solutions, knowledge management, technical communications, and crisis management. Dave has a comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, human performance and reliability. His technical skills are critical to NOCTURNE’s IT-based solutions and technical strategies.

Specializations include human performance and business process improvement, information management, training, policy and procedures development, information security, risk management, and emergency planning.

His key focus areas are organizational transformation and business sustainability.
